Commercial Architect - Shan, China



We are seeking an experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Shan, China. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in commercial architecture and be familiar with Chinese building codes and regulations. This position offers a salary of 1100$ per month, with accommodation provided and a free visa and ticket.

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in commercial architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software is required. Knowledge of sustainable design principles is also preferred.

In this role, you will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.

The ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members is essential. The ideal candidate will also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions.

As our company operates primarily in China, fluency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred but not required. However, the ability to adapt to different cultural norms is crucial for success in this role.
