Job Title: Contract Nurse in Funchal

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Contract Nurse to join our team in Funchal. Responsibilities:

- Monitoring patients' vital signs and responding to any changes or emergencies
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Documenting patient progress, maintaining accurate medical records, and communicating with other healthcare professionals
- Educating patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in the country of origin (if applicable)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse (preferably in a hospital setting)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Compassionate, empathetic, and able to provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Willingness to work on a contract basis in Funchal
