Chef de Cuisine - Pakistani Cuisine

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine with expertise in Pakistani cuisine to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing all aspects of our Pakistani menu, as well as training and managing a team of cooks and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menu items for Pakistani cuisine, ensuring authenticity and quality
- Train and supervise cooks and kitchen staff on proper techniques and recipes
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper food ordering to meet demand
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to ensure consistency and high standards
- Monitor food costs, portion control, and waste management
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu items or specials
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in a Pakistani restaurant or hotel setting
- In-depth knowledge of Pakistani cuisine, ingredients, cooking techniques, and traditional dishes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Abu Dhabi (preference for candidates currently residing in UAE)
Nationality: Pakistani (preference for candidates with experience in UAE or Middle Eastern cuisine)
