Our hotel in Funchal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue, as well as managing a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training and support when needed
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in Funchal or surrounding areas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of the local market trends and competitors
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
