Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in the beautiful city of Funchal. Your main goal will be to attract and retain guests by promoting our hotel's amenities and services. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in hotel sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships with key decision makers
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competition
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management or relevant field (preferred)

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
