Personal Trainer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals, abilities, and preferences. You will also provide guidance and motivation to help clients achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial assessments and consultations with clients to determine their fitness level, goals, and any health concerns.
- Designing personalized fitness programs that include cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and flexibility training.
- Demonstrating proper exercise techniques and providing modifications when necessary.
- Monitoring clients' progress and making adjustments to their programs as needed.
- Providing nutrition advice and creating meal plans to support clients' fitness goals.
- Motivating and encouraging clients to stay committed to their fitness journey.
- Maintaining accurate records of client progress.

Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to create personalized fitness programs based on individual needs.
- Knowledge of nutrition principles and ability to provide guidance on healthy eating habits.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Must be physically fit, passionate about health and wellness, and able to lead by example.

Salary: 1000 USD per month (tax-free) with accommodation provided. This position is suitable for men only. Indians preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
