Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Jizan. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and specials
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure all orders are accurate and meet quality standards
- Check on guests regularly to ensure their satisfaction with their meals
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and work stations
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking skills
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
