Indian Cuisine Chef
The Indian Cuisine Chef will be responsible for creating and preparing traditional Indian dishes for our restaurant in Remish. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion and knowledge for Indian cuisine, as well as experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. They should also have the ability to manage and train kitchen staff, maintain inventory and ensure food safety standards are met. The Indian Cuisine Chef will work closely with the restaurant manager to develop new menu items and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to showcase their culinary skills and bring an authentic taste of India to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create authentic Indian dishes including curries, tandoori dishes, biryanis, and other traditional favorites.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared with high-quality ingredients and served in a timely manner.
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, delegating tasks, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed.
- Develop new menu items that showcase the diverse flavors of Indian cuisine.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to ensure top-notch customer service.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into menu planning.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of different cooking techniques used in Indian cuisine.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and lead a team.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Food safety certification is preferred.

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
