We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Shan. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will lead a team of professionals to ensure project success and oversee all aspects of project management including scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards
- Oversee team members' performance and provide guidance as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. MS Project)
