Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Porto. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through various channels such as events, partnerships, and online platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue for the hotel
- Identify potential business opportunities and establish relationships with event planners, corporate clients, and travel agencies
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages to attract new customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Conduct site visits and presentations for potential clients to showcase the hotel's services and amenities
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure profitability for the hotel
- Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or similar role preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse clientele
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of hotel industry trends, market conditions, and competitors in Porto preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
Salary: 1100$ per month (based on part-time hours)
