Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager


As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Porto. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic sales plans, as well as maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure maximum profitability
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns
- Oversee the preparation of timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends in Porto
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
