We are hiring a skilled and enthusiastic Nepali Barista to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee drinks and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all beverages
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers about our coffee beans, brewing methods, and products
- Operate various equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, etc.
- Keep the work area clean and organized at all times
- Manage inventory of supplies and place orders when necessary

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English with good communication skills
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasting techniques, and brewing methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one if hired
