Construction Project Manager

We are in need of a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Al-Malikiyah. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in construction management and be responsible for planning, budgeting, and executing projects from start to finish. You will work closely with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Keep track of project documentation and reports
- Communicate project updates to relevant parties

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
