Construction Project Manager


A construction project manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a construction project from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating the various teams and contractors involved in the project. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and be able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved in the project.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project stays on track
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on progress
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are being met
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Location: Al-Malikiyah. This position is open to all candidates regardless of nationality.

Salary: The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
