Head Baker

We are a well-established bakery in Izhevsk, known for our high-quality baked goods. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production and ensuring that our bakery continues to provide delicious and fresh products to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily operations of the bakery, including production schedules, inventory management, and quality control
- Train and supervise a team of bakers, ensuring that they adhere to recipes and maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Monitor ingredient levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels
- Create new recipes and develop innovative products to keep our menu fresh and appealing to customers
- Maintain equipment, ensuring that it is in good working condition at all times
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to promote our products and increase sales

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Baker or similar role in a busy bakery setting
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to create new recipes while also following established ones accurately
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills in English (Russian language skills would be an advantage)
- Visa sponsorship available for non-Russian nationals

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Izhevsk (open to candidates from other cities in Russia or abroad)
