Computer Support Specialist


We are in need of a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Faro, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients with regards to computer systems, hardware, and software. You will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting systems, as well as training users on new technology. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients with computer systems, hardware, and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems
- Install and configure hardware and software
- Train users on new technology and provide guidance on system operations
- Maintain documentation of system configurations and updates
- Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are up-to-date
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay updated on new technology trends and implement best practices for system efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience in IT support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with network troubleshooting
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology
- Knowledge of security protocols

Salary: 1800$ monthly (negotiable based on experience)
