We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Faro, Portugal. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in a variety of industries. You will work closely with our clients to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues they may encounter with their computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or remote access tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for clients.
- Install and configure computer systems and networks.
- Set up new user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Monitor performance of computer systems and networks.
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, antivirus software, and remote access tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Customer service oriented with a strong attention to detail.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this contract position.

This position is based in the beautiful city of Faro in Portugal. The city offers a great mix of old world charm and modern amenities, making it an ideal place to live and work.
