Entry-Level Electrician


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Entry-Level Electrician to join our team in Almada. As an Entry-Level Electrician, you will work under the supervision of a senior electrician to learn and develop your skills in the electrical field. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about becoming an electrician and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Learn how to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings
- Gain knowledge of electrical codes, safety procedures, and regulations
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs
- Attend training sessions to develop skills and knowledge
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow instructions from senior electricians effectively

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Completion of an apprenticeship program or vocational training in electrical work is preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and concepts
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions (e.g. heights, confined spaces)
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Note: This position is open for candidates without prior experience as an electrician. However, candidates with relevant education or vocational training will be given preference. All candidates must hold a valid work visa for Almada.
