We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and ensuring their successful completion within budget and on time. As the Architecture Manager, you will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and contractors to develop innovative design solutions that meet our clients' needs and expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and functional designs
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
- Review project proposals and provide feedback on feasibility
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with design plans
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance for their professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in architecture or a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team towards a common goal
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software programs
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in Russia is preferred but not required
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one is required for international travel
