Senior Architect - Part Time


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Karachi on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet all required standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to determine project requirements and objectives
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess feasibility of designs
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the work of junior architects and designers to ensure quality and accuracy of designs
- Review project proposals, contracts, and budgets to ensure they align with client expectations
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and building codes to ensure compliance in all designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Architect.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.

This is a part-time position offering a salary of 1700$ per month. This role does not include accommodation but offers a free visa and ticket for international candidates. Students are encouraged to apply.
