Senior Architect

Our architectural firm in Karachi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong portfolio showcasing their work.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their objectives
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Mentor and guide junior architects in the team
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress to ensure design specifications are being met
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and technologies to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors
- Strong leadership skills to manage projects and mentor junior architects

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with accommodation. We also provide free visa sponsorship and travel expenses for international candidates.
