Resort Manager for Luxury Resort in Medina, Saudi Arabia



We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Resort Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury resort located in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing the resort's staff and budget, and maintaining the overall success of the property.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of resort operations including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses
- Create and maintain budgets, financial reports, and forecasts
- Hire, train, schedule and manage staff to ensure high levels of performance and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all departments to ensure smooth operation of the resort
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local laws and regulations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety standards are met
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotions or packages to increase occupancy rates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Resort Manager in a luxury property with at least 100 rooms
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, revenue management and cost control
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays when needed

Salary: $1000 per month (tax-free) + accommodation + transportation + medical insurance
