Resort Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury resort in Medina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the resort, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and facilities maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high quality service standards are met
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure profitability
- Conduct regular inspections of the resort to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to develop promotional activities and packages
- Develop relationships with local vendors to provide guests with unique experiences or services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in resort management or related position
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and improving guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of financial management principles
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Experience working in a culturally diverse environment preferred

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Medina

Nationality: Pakistani (foreign nationals may also apply)

Language Requirement: Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
