Industrial Architect


As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and creating plans for industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. Your role will involve conducting site visits, gathering information, creating technical drawings, and providing cost estimates. You will also work with contractors and engineers to ensure that the design is implemented correctly.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information about the project
- Create technical drawings using specialized software
- Develop design proposals and present them to clients for approval
- Work with contractors and engineers to ensure proper implementation of the design
- Provide accurate cost estimates for materials and labor
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations in industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in industrial architecture, preferably in a consulting firm or construction company
- Proficient in specialized software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings

Salary: 1300$ per month
