Team Lead - Customer Service (Filipino/Foreigner)
As the Team Lead for our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a group of customer service representatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of customer service representatives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and meet targets
- Monitor team KPIs and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement
- Identify training needs and develop training programs for the team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Prior experience in a customer service or supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
