Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure efficient and effective performance
- Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and motivate team members to achieve their full potential
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and performance
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to achieve overall company objectives
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Provide regular reports on team performance to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving targets/goals
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if required

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $900 per week for this part-time position.

Location:
This role is based in Dickirch, Canada. The candidate must have the legal right to work in Canada.
