Courier Coordinator



Our fast-paced courier company in Balzers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Courier Coordinator to join our team. As the Courier Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our courier services, ensuring timely delivery of packages and excellent customer service. This is a contract position that does not require previous experience and offers a salary of 1400$. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule courier routes to ensure timely delivery of packages
- Monitor courier performance and address any issues or delays
- Communicate with customers regarding package deliveries and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and other relevant information
- Train new couriers on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels of shipping materials and order supplies as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the transportation/logistics industry
- Familiarity with route planning software or GPS systems
- Fluency in other languages is a plus
