Senior Architect


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects. This is a contract position with competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the development of architectural designs for various projects
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout all stages of project development
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Mentor junior architects in the team and provide constructive feedback
- Develop cost-effective solutions while maintaining design integrity
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Excellent knowledge of architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on international projects is highly desirable
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
