Senior Architect - St. Petersburg, Russia

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction process of various architectural projects. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in the field and proficiency in relevant software programs. The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of the design and construction process, from conceptualization to completion
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and preferences
- Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications
- Monitor the progress of construction and ensure it adheres to design plans
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful project execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology, materials, and techniques
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an architect with at least 5 years in a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
