We are hiring a Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Ensure all guest requests are met in a timely manner
- Handle any complaints or issues with patience and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Handle payments from guests using cash or credit cards
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
