We are hiring a responsible and caring babysitter to join our team in Dubai. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for providing quality care for children while their parents are away. This is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children at all times
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to dietary requirements
- Engage children in educational and fun activities to promote learning and development
- Assist with homework or other school-related tasks
- Change diapers, dress children, and help with basic hygiene tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized environment in the home or childcare facility
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's day, progress, or any concerns that may arise

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required for this position
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Must be comfortable working without accommodation provided
- Previous experience as a babysitter or nanny is not required but preferred
- Must have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work well with children of all ages
- Must be able to pass a background check and provide at least two professional references
