As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online support and guidance to clients in the Indian community who are looking for English speaking part-time job opportunities. Your main role will be to assist clients in finding suitable job opportunities and provide them with necessary information and resources to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online platforms such as email, chat, and video conferencing
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions and recommendations
- Guide clients through the job search process, including resume building, job applications, and interviews
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout their job search journey
- Stay updated on current job market trends and opportunities for Indian nationals seeking English speaking jobs
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and strategies for better client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or in recruitment/human resources field
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in using various online platforms for communication and research purposes
- Strong understanding of the Indian job market trends and requirements
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
