The Senior Architect - Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion. They will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecture and construction, as well as strong project management skills. This is a full-time position based in Ashdod, Israel.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including design, planning, and implementation
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution
- Communicate progress updates to clients and stakeholders regularly
- Identify potential risks or issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns or issues that arise
- Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or construction
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to manage budgets effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Fluency in English (Hebrew is a plus)

Salary: 1000$ (negotiable based on experience)
