Plumber Supervisor
As a Plumber Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of plumbers in the city of Beer-Sheva. Your role will involve supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in both residential and commercial buildings. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to high standards and within specific timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of plumbers and ensure they are working efficiently and effectively
- Assign tasks and projects to individual team members
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Ensure that all work is completed according to safety regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or areas in need of improvement
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each project
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or complaints
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies related to plumbing systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar supervisory role
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, equipment, and materials
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Physical stamina for working in various environments (e.g. confined spaces)
- Valid plumber's license/certification preferred
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
Location:
This position is located in Beer-Sheva but may require travel within the city for various projects.

Note:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours, but flexibility may be required for emergency situations.
