Crane Operator

We are in need of a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy objects at construction sites or in industrial settings.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes such as mobile, tower, and overhead cranes according to job requirements
- Perform safety checks on equipment before and after use
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication
- Inspect lifting gear and cables for any damage or wear before each use
- Monitor weather conditions that may affect crane operation
- Lift, move, and position heavy materials or objects using crane controls
- Ensure proper positioning of load for safe transportation
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations and equipment maintenance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Crane Operator preferred but not required
- Valid crane operator certification or license from accredited institution
- Able to read and interpret load charts accurately
- Good knowledge of different types of cranes and their functions
- Physical strength and stamina to operate cranes for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Good hand-eye coordination
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
