Restaurant Manager - Hawalli

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our restaurant in Hawalli. You will ensure that all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, and staff performance, are up to our high standards. Your duties will include creating work schedules, training and supervising staff, managing inventory and supplies, handling customer complaints and concerns, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for setting and achieving sales goals, monitoring financial performance, and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the restaurant industry, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. Fluency in English is required for this position. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.
