IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology and information systems within our company. Your main goal will be to ensure that all of our technology and software systems are running smoothly and efficiently in order to support our business operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies, policies, and procedures
- Manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Oversee the security of our networks and systems
- Train employees on how to effectively use technology
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Monitor system performance and report any issues or concerns to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and find solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and security protocols
- Experience with data management and analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines
- Good communication skills for working with employees at all levels of the organization

Location: Balzers, Liechtenstein (accommodation not provided)

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Visa/Work Permit: Free visa/work permit will be provided by the company.

Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Language Requirements: Fluent in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
