IT Manager (Filipino)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Balzers. As our IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our company's technology systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with our executive team to develop and execute IT strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security and reliability of our systems.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and advise on their potential impact on our business operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions that support their objectives.
- Develop disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of system failures or cyber attacks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and data protection measures.
- Proven experience in managing teams and projects within budget constraints.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Benefits:
