UI Designer vacancy in Al-Khor Qatar

UI Designer - Contract Position (Egyptian or Kenyan Nationals Preferred)



We are seeking a highly skilled UI Designer to join our team on a contract basis. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. This position is open to Egyptian or Kenyan nationals, with a preference for candidates who have experience in English-speaking environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure designs meet business objectives
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Develop user personas and scenarios to guide design choices
- Use design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems and create intuitive user experiences
- Implement design systems and style guides to maintain consistency across products
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Skilled in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Experience working on web and mobile projects
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al-Khor, Qatar

Contract Type: This is a contract position with an initial duration of 6 months.
