Head Baker - Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are hiring a skilled Head Baker to join our bakery team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery and ensuring the delivery of high-quality baked goods. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month and includes accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the baking process, from ingredient preparation to final product presentation
- Create and develop new recipes for breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality in all baked goods
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels to meet production demands
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Monitor baking equipment for proper functioning and coordinate repairs when necessary

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of traditional Egyptian baked goods is preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an asset)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise staff effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Must have a valid biometric passport for visa purposes

This position is suitable for men who are passionate about baking and have experience working in a high-volume bakery. As this is an English-speaking job, proficiency in the language is required. Foreigners are welcome to apply, however, preference will be given to Egyptian candidates.
