Job Title: Executive Chef
We are in search of an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Triesen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes while also managing kitchen operations and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Create and design menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and showcase seasonal ingredients
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and ensure high quality and consistency
- Train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff
- Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting for the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating unique dishes
- Proficiency in managing food costs, inventory, and budgets
- Excellent communication skills
- Biometric passport for ease of travel
Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.
