Cashier for Retail Store in Dickirch, Nepal



We are seeking a friendly and efficient cashier to join our team at a retail store in Dickirch, Nepal. As a cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Scan and process items accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Resolve any customer queries or complaints in a polite manner
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Ensure all prices are accurate and promotions are applied correctly
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred
- Fluent in English (Nepali language skills are also beneficial)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
