Land Surveyor
We are currently hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Dickirch. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine boundaries, topography, and other important features of a piece of land. Your role will play an essential part in the planning and development of various construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic surveys using advanced surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Interpret survey data and create accurate maps, plans, and reports
- Perform boundary surveys to determine property lines and ownership
- Conduct construction staking to guide the placement of structures on land
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy in project plans
- Keep detailed records of survey data and prepare reports for clients
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while performing surveying tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor or related role
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Knowledge of advanced surveying techniques and equipment
- Proficient in using CAD software for map creation
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Ability to interpret technical data and communicate findings effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
