Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for commercial building projects
- Manage the entire process from initial design to construction completion

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proven track record of successfully completing commercial building projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
