Commercial Architect

We are hiring a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and hotels. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet our clients' needs while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and vision for the project
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select appropriate materials and finishes that meet both aesthetic and budgetary goals
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee construction progress to ensure it aligns with design plans
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Make necessary adjustments to designs as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial projects in Beer-Sheva or similar cities
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of biometric passport requirements for international travel

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
