Preservation Architect


We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural design, construction methods, and historical preservation techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on historical buildings and structures
- Assess the condition of historical buildings and develop preservation plans
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to create detailed preservation plans
- Prepare architectural drawings and specifications for restoration projects
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Oversee construction work to ensure that the original character of the building is preserved
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during the restoration process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in restoration or preservation architecture
- Strong knowledge of historical architecture styles, materials, and construction techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally allowed to work in Lithuania.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is preferred but not required for this position.

Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years experience in restoration or preservation architecture is required for this position.
