Construction Project Manager


Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Medina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively lead and manage a team of workers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project milestones are met
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate project details
- Manage all aspects of the construction process including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety, and logistics
- Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Medina

Preference: Indians or foreigners with valid work visa

Job Type: Contract (with possibility for extension)
