Office Assistant - Part Time (Indian Nationals Only)
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This part-time position is open to Indian nationals only and will require no English language skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an office assistant and be able to work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Answer phone calls and redirect them to appropriate departments
- Greet clients and visitors and provide them with basic information about the company
- Assist with maintaining office supplies and ordering new ones when needed
- Organize and schedule appointments for staff members
- Help with preparing documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Manage office maintenance tasks, such as coordinating repairs or cleaning services
Requirements:
- Indian nationality is a must for this position
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills in Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam would be preferred
- Must have own accommodation in Abu Dhabi
Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1000$ per month.
