Job Title: Call Center Representative - Jeddah
We are hiring a Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. This position requires excellent communication skills in English and previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Listen to customers' concerns and address them with empathy and understanding
- Provide accurate information about products or services to customers
- Process orders, forms, and applications
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issue has been resolved satisfactorily
- Meet performance metrics such as call quality, first call resolution, and average handling time
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

This position is based in Jeddah.
