We are hiring a motivated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and budget
- Train and supervise employees to ensure excellent customer service
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health codes
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a management role in the restaurant industry is preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship
